Terms and Conditions of Sale (Arthur Debons)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions carried out through the websites of the Arthur Debons company network. A "customer" is defined as any individual or legal entity placing an order with Arthur Debons that has been validated through our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1 bis: Age Restriction

Age restrictions apply: Arthur Debons only accepts customers over the age of 16 (for physical and digital products) and over the age of 18 (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict minors' access to our sites, products, and services. Even though the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet these criteria (over 16 years of age) will be immediately removed from our database as soon as we become aware of this fact. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately refunded, and the return of the product(s) in question will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a website belonging to Arthur Debons implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar), all taxes included. The price of items may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-ordered products. Payment can be made by credit/debit card. Secure online payment by card is processed through Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted using industry-standard software and cannot be read while in transit over the network. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provided when placing your order (therefore, please pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter, especially the postal code). Risk is transferred to you as soon as the ordered products leave our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will take the necessary steps to ensure you still receive your product or are reimbursed in accordance with your guarantee.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

You have the right to access and correct your personal data. By agreeing to these general terms and conditions of sale, you acknowledge that you have read our personal data protection policy and consent to the collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network's websites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers regarding products published by Arthur Debons. You may unsubscribe at any time. Simply click the link at the end of our emails. This link is preceded by the wording "To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:".

Article 7: Applicable Law

All clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions referred to herein, shall be governed by French law.

Article 8: Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back

If the phrase "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" appears on a product page, a 100% refund of the amounts paid will be eligible during the period stated on that page (generally 90 days), if the customer is not satisfied with the results obtained using the information provided in the purchased product. The customer must personally test the methods taught in the purchased product and decide whether they are satisfied with the results before requesting a refund.

If the phrase "Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" does not appear on the product page, then this guarantee does not apply.
